If you’re a seller, are there buyers out there willing to buy your home?
If you’re a buyer, is there a lot of competition out there vying for all available properties?

However, according to recent reports, buyer demand increased dramatically in the months leading up to our spring market. This increase in demand was caused by an increase in buying power. According to a recent blog post from the NAR, purchasing a home has become more affordable, which has increased demand. Falling home prices and falling mortgage rates also contributed to buyers’ increased buying power.
